Different applications and supplemental forms are required depending on your proposed project. 

The applications and forms listed below are grouped by the Division responsible for processing your specific project type and are listed in alphabetical order.  Please download and complete the appropriate applications/forms. *NOTICE**

The County Health Office has issued an order for people practice social distancing by maintaining a six foot distance from others.  In an abundance of caution and in an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, the Planning and Development Department (P&D) is closing the public service counters at the Santa Barbara and Santa Maria locations until FURTHER NOTICE.  Applications may be submitted electronically during this time.  Please refer to our public notice HERE.
