Lost and Found

I Lost My Pet

You've lost your pet.  What should you do?  There are many things you can do to increase the chances of being reunited with your pet!

The more of the following you do the greater the chance you have of being reunited with your pet and being reunited quickly:

  1. Let your neighbors know your pet is missing by walking your neighborhood.  Statistically, if your pet has been found it was by one of them and they're most likely trying to find you!
  2. Put up lost pet signs throughout your neighborhood
  3. Post a lost ad on Craigslist under the Community section.
  4. Post on Nextdoor so that those closest in proximity to you know your pet is missing.
  5. Post on any appropriate local lost and found pet Facebook pages:

  8. Is your animal microchipped?  Call the microchip company and confirm your contact info is up to date
  9. Last but not least, make sure the number on your animal's tag is working!  Is your cell phone bill paid?  Is there room in your voicemail?
