Training must be completed within 6 months of hire.

AB1825: Sexual Harassment Prevention Training for Leaders

The County is currently in a new training cycle as of January 1, 2019, which is also a new compliance year. All leads, supervisors, managers, and executives including attorneys, are required to take the two (2) hour "Workplace Harassment Prevention For Managers (AB1825)" training, regardless of whether it was taken in 2017 or 2018.

All newly hired or promoted leads, supervisors, managers, and executives, including attorneys, are required to complete this training within six (6) months of promotion into such a position. We will assign your new hires and promotions the course within 30 days and ask that you confirm with them that they have received the assignment notification.

In order to complete the course you are required to spend at least two (2) hours on the course content and pass the exam with a score of 100%.
