New Employee Welcome (NEW)
For All Regular Employees
All new hires are invited to a full-day New Employee Welcome Program. Our sessions are held in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria. At this monthly program, employees will meet the County Executive Officer and department heads, learn about the County's mission, vision, values, and much more.
Employees will also gain a greater understanding of their roles as public servants in county government, obtain relevant benefits information, and other timely information about what the County has to offer.
Additionally, employees will have time to meet and network with other County employees. Live sessions in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria.
