Housing and Community Development Department's Residential Property Management Program mission is to:
- Keep employees within the county living local and provide home ownership opportunities in unincorporated areas of the County for households and individuals who meet program guidelines.
- Promote, manage, maintain affordable housing in a diversity of home ownership types, sizes, and locations.

If you are currently a homeowner of an affordable unit in our program and planning to refinance, please print and fully complete the Owner Request to Refinance form. Once completed and signed, you may return to our office via U.S. Mail or in person so we can assist you in beginning the process.
