As the holidays approach, there are over 200 dogs in the Santa Barbara County animal shelters that are looking for homes. Sheriff's detectives from the Sheriff's Special Investigations Bureau identified 46-year-old Kristopher Davis of Carpinteria as being a Heroin trafficker operating in the City of Carpinteria. Through further investigation, Davis' residence and vehicle were identified.
