A Santa Maria resident, 25 year old Banesa Gutierrez, whose boyfriend is one of the suspects in the Anthony Ibarra murder trial, was arrested on December 17, for attempting to smuggle drugs into the Santa Barbara County Jail and for child endangerment.

The suspect, 29 year old Juan Miguel Bejar of Oxnard, is considered dangerous and may be armed. If you see Bejar, you should not engage him but should call law enforcement immediately.
