North Board of Architectural Review
It is the purpose of the Boards of Architectural Review to prevent these and other harmful effects of such exterior appearance of buildings, structures or signs erected or altered in any neighborhood or on any site subject to architectural review and thus to promote the health, safety and general welfare of the county, conserve the value of buildings and encourage the most appropriate use of land within the unincorporated portion of this county.

South Board of Architectural Review
The South County Board of Architectural Review normally meets on the first and third Fridays of each month at 9 am in the County Engineering Building.

Central Board of Architectural Review
The Central County Board of Architectural Review normally meets on the second Friday of each month at 9 am in the Solvang Municipal Courtroom.

Montecito Board of Architectural Review
The Montecito Board of Architectural Review normally meets every three weeks at 2 pm in the County Engineering Building, Planning Commission Hearing Room.
