THE FIRST DISTRICT

The first supervisorial district includes the City of Carpinteria, portions of the City of Santa Barbara, and the unincorporated areas of Carpinteria Valley, Summerland, Montecito, and Mission Canyon.

The western boundary of the district falls within the city of Santa Barbara while the eastern boundary of the district also serves as the border between Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
