The Santa Barbara County Water Agency and partnering cities, special districts, and other County departments are beginning the process of developing a Santa Barbara County-wide Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP). Partnering agencies will be meeting regularly in the Fall and Winter of 2006 to develop the objectives, goals, and content of the Santa Barbara County IRWMP.
