The Santa Barbara County Flood Control & Water Conservation District provides for the control of flood and storm waters countywide as well as the conservation of such waters for beneficial and useful purposes. The Design Section of the Flood Control District designs and performs construction contract administration for flood control capital improvement projects located throughout the County. In addition, the Design Section addresses disaster rehabilitation and routine maintenance rehabilitation projects.
