Technical Advisory Committee

The Multi-Jurisdictional Solid Waste Task Group's Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) will serve as the focal point for discussion and recommendations on the goals, objectives and strategies identified by the Multi-Jurisdictional Solid Waste Task Group. Through its subgroups, the TAC will research and recommend project and program options to the MJSWTG. The TAC, with assistance from the Project Team, will consider recommendations from the various subgroups to present comprehensive and integrated solutions to the Task Group. All TAC meetings will be open to the public and stakeholders will be encouraged to participate in the discussions of both the TAC and its subgroups. Additionally, the TAC will hold community forums at key points throughout the process to ensure community involvement.
