PLAN SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS Road Division Encroachment Permits are required whenever any activity (use) is being performed within the County Road Right of Way. The following items need to be submitted in order to process your permit: 1. Three (3) sets of plans (No larger than 24" x 36") to include the following information. Specify Metric or English Units.
2. Differentiate between all existing improvements (structures, hardscape, landscape, etc.) and the proposed new improvements, including but not limited to the following:
3. A Public Works Cost Estimate including Engineering Analysis and Calculations. Cost Estimate may not be required for minor construction. In addition to the above requirements, the required forms within the Application Package (Departmental Clearance Request Form, Permit Information Contact List, and Property Owner (Permittee) Authorization form) shall be submitted to the appropriate Road Division Permit Office for review and permit issuance. Please allow a minimum of two (2) working days for initial review. Permit issuance will follow as time allows.
