Santa Barbara, Public Works Department is comprised of five divisions:

Goals
The Department's
broad goals were developed by the Director, the County Surveyor
and the Deputy Directors' as a framework for programs and services
carried out by the five divisions. These overarching departmental
goals encompass the goals developed by each of the five divisions
in their individual five year strategic plans. The Department's
