Inclusionary
Housing Program and In-Lieu
Fee Policy Update
Santa
Barbara County adopted revisions to its
Inclusionary Housing Program and associated In-Lieu Fee
Policy on November 23rd, 2004. These
changes went into effect December 23rd, 2004.
The
Inclusionary Program requires some portion of new development
to be
affordable to very low, low, moderate and workforce
income households. Santa Barbara
County's Inclusionary Housing Program has existed since
1981.
