WIC Program

WIC is a nutrition program that provides: 

• Nutrition education
• Breastfeeding education and support
• Checks for buying healthy foods
• Referrals to healthcare and community services

And serves:

• Pregnant women
• Postpartum women until 6 months
• Breastfeeding women until 1 year
• Infants
• Children under the age of five including foster children

Clients may be referred from county health clinics, private providers, or may self-refer.
