The County of Santa Barbara, Environmental Health Services is a dedicated team of professionals in the North and South County who strive to protect the health and safety of its community members. 

Registered Environmental Health Specialists (REHS) work in programs dealing with food facilities, detention facilities, water supplies, public swimming pools, solid waste, and individual sewage disposal systems. Administration and Accounting support staff are responsive to the day-to-day challenges and dedicated in accomplishing the goals and objectives.
