
Camping at Cachuma Lake
Tent, Trailer and RV Camping
Tent and hookup sites may be reserved up to 6 months in advance of the check-in date. Make your reservation at www.sbparks.org/reservations. *A non-refundable $6.50 reservation fee will be charged for each site reserved. There is a 2-night minimum stay for weekends (Friday and Saturday), and a 3-night minimum stay for holiday weekends. More than 400 campsites, 100 with full electrical, water and sewer hookups, and 30 with electrical and water hookups, can accommodate any size RV. Each campsite contains a picnic table and fire ring, with showers, restrooms and water nearby. An RV dump station is also available.
Yurt Camping
Yurts provide a camping experience with homey comforts. A cross between a tent and tepee, the yurts at Cachuma Lake feature platform beds to sleep 5 to 6, lockable door, inside lighting and heating, and screened windows in the wood and fabric siding. Set on the bluff with access to the lakeshore, the view is spectacular.
Currently there are 7 Yurts at Cachuma Lake, which may be reserved year-round up to 6 months in advance. Fees range from $60-$85 per night depending on yurt size. * A non-refundable $20 reservation fee will be charged for each yurt reserved. Group Area Camping
Group areas may be reserved for groups ranging in size from 32 to 120 people. Group areas may be reserved up to six months in advance.
Each group area contains enough picnic tables to seat the whole group, a food preparation table, a large adjustable barbeque grill, a large fire ring, and a water faucet. Some also have electric lighting fixtures and an electric outlet. One group area, Apache Pines, has 13 RV pads each with its own water and electrical hookups, fire ring and picnic table, in addition to all the above amenities. Cabin Rentals
Santa Barbara County Parks Division now offers four NEW cabins for you camping convenience! There are three six sleepers and one four sleeper (ADA). The three 6 sleeper cabins are conveniently located near the marina and the store and offer stunning views of the lake. these cabins are all equipped with electricity, full bathrooms, kitchenettes, living rooms, private porches, picnic tables and fire pits. Simply pack your sleeping bags/bedding, pillows, towels/toiletries and groceries. Your effortless vacation begins the moment you arrive at your cabin.

Recreation Facilities
You'll find a fully stocked general store, gas station, and hot showers. Great care has been taken to make our facilities accessible to everyone. Children's playgrounds, lake cruises, the nature center, fishing piers, and hiking trails await you and your family. The Marina is open year-round and sells bait and tackle, fuel and fishing licenses.
Dogs
We ask all dogs owners to bring current copy of proof of rabies vaccination. Dogs are required be on a leash of 6 ft. or less and are not allowed within 50 ft. of shoreline nor in a boat. Dogs are not to be left unattended at any time and owners must clean up after their pets. Vicious or very noisy animals will not be allowed. $3.00 per day per dog.
