Diversity describes this park, with a variety of picnic areas, ball field, tennis courts, and a renovated, historic carriage house, which is available for use by non-profit community youth groups (reservable in advance, free of charge). The manicured landscaping and specimen trees are striking in the portion that was once a private estate.

Location:
From Highway 101 in Montecito, exit on San Ysidro Road and go north one mile. This road actually splits Manning County Park, with the entrance to the main park on your left, and to the lower annex via Santa Rosa Lane.
