Our Volunteer Park Host Program offers a free recreational vehicle site in exchange for approximately 20 hours per week of park-related work. We have hosts in both our overnight camping parks, as well as several day-use parks. Our host program operates on a year round basis.

Park Host contracts generally run for 90 days with the potential of to be renewed.  Total service and residency is not to exceed 270 days for camping parks and 18 months for day-use parks. Individuals can reapply for a Host position after 3 consecutive months.

The tasks that our hosts perform vary from park to park, depending upon the specific need of that park.

Host Sites in the Mid County:

• Cachuma Lake
• Jalama Beach

Host Sites in the South County:

• Goleta Beach Park
• Toro Canyon Park
