Request for Proposals - To provide kayak/standup paddleboard/surfboard/boat rental and launch services/bait and tackle/marine education center at Goleta Beach County Park.

Proposals will be received at the Parks Division Administrative Office, located at 610 Mission Canyon Road, Santa Barbara, California, on or before March 25, 2013, no later than 3:00pm. At this date and time all proposals will be publicly opened in the Parks Division's Administrative Office. Only the names of the Proposers will be read aloud.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 10:00AM. Any person or vendor who wish to submit a proposal must attend this site visit. Site visit to begin from the parking lot directly in front of the Beachside Restaurant, 5905 Sandspit Road, Goleta, CA.
