Free Prescription Discount Card Program -  Santa Barbara County now offers its residents a free pharmacy discount card to help reduce the cost of prescription drugs.

Due to overwhelming response, a second Rain Barrel Sale is being held on Saturday, November 21st from 10:00-2:00 at Santa Barbara City College.  These rain barrels, which retail for more than $120.00 will be sold for only $50.00 each.
