INSURANCE BENEFITS

HEALTH INSURANCE COUNTY CONTRIBUTION MAXIMUM

Medical - During the term of this agreement, the County shall pay 100% (pro-rated for part-time employees) of the least expensive EPO employee-only premiums. Any amount paid by the employee for health insurance premiums is paid on a pretax basis. For current employer contribution information see Benefits Division website.

Dental – $13.03 twice monthly
VOLUNTARY PRE-TAX BENEFITS Options include: 457 Deferred Compensation; Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Medical/Dependent Care Spending, Supplemental Life, Accident, Death & Dismemberment Insurance.
DISABILITY INSURANCE Employee paid State Disability Insurance
County paid Long Term Disability Insurance
LIFE INSURANCE $20,000 Term Life
