2009 Open Enrollment - Nov. 3 to Nov. 21
This year's open enrollment includes all Flexible Benefits and Health Insurance plan options. This second enrollment period for health insurance is being offered so that both the flexible benefits and health insurance plans will run on the same calendar plan year.
All current health insurance enrollments or enrollment changes you make this open enrollment will be effective from January 1 to December 31, 2009. Changes to your health or flexible benefits coverage during the 2009 year can only be made if you have a "qualifying change in status" during the new calendar plan year.

Health Insurance Benefits Options – For a description of the medical, dental and vision options available to you, see the 2008 Health Benefits Summary posted on the Health Benefits webpage. There are no changes to the plan choices, coverage or premium amounts for January 2009.. If you do not make any changes to your current plan choices, they will remain in effect until January 2010. Because the health plan year is now on a calendar year, there will be no health insurance open enrollment period again until November 2009. |
