The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara

This is a local public agency that provides affordable housing as well as supportive services to eligible persons whose incomes are insufficient to afford market-rate rents. The Housing Authority owns and manages hundreds of units throughout the City and also offers rent subsidies to eligible households (when available).
