Income Guidelines
The following Income Guidelines are determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Santa Barbara County's Housing Element and Housing Element Implementation Guidelines. These numbers are primarily based on Area Median Income (AMI) for a family of four, then adjusted for household size and income category. Since AMI is updated every year, please note these numbers may be subject to change next spring.
