Interest List Information

If you are interested in being notified when a resale unit becomes available for purchase, please print and fully complete our Interest List sign-up form.  We must have the original; no photocopies or faxes accepted.  Only one per household and only one per address will be accepted.  You must submit a new interest list sign-up form every 6 months to remain on the list.  Please note this is not a waiting list, is not an application, and does not guarantee qualification.  Please see our Qualification Requirements section on the "How to Apply" page.  Completed interest list forms (in blue ink only) should be mailed to:

Thinking of Refinancing?

If you are currently a homeowner of an affordable unit in our program and are planning to refinance, please print and fully complete the Owner Request to Refinance form .  Once completed (in blue ink only), you may return to our office via mail, fax, or in person so we can work with you to begin the process.  If you require assistance filling out the form, please do not hesitate to call (805) 568-3520.
