Housing and Community Development staff are available to attend meetings and make presentations to citizen groups, members of the development community, and others interested in the provision of affordable housing opportunities and community development services.  In addition, the department frequently sponsors workshops and public hearings on a range of subjects related to affordable housing and community development.  These include developer capacity building, public goal setting, and federal and state project application preparation.
