Identifies Assessor parcels with active agricultural preserve contracts based on the 1965 California Williamson Act Program; the general purpose of the contract is to assess property tax at a rate consistent with an agricultural parcel's acreage devoted to prime, non-prime or homesite landuses.

Percent of total acreage of a parcel dedicated to "Prime" agricultural use as defined under the Williamson Act. Calculated from sum of "Prime" acreage divided by "Total (Net Ag) Acre." See Total Acre definition.
