Notice to Carriers and Agents

 

  • Telecom Carriers may hire Agents to do permit processing on their behalf. However, the Carrier is responsible for payment of costs and fees.
  • Agents may submit payments on behalf of the Carriers; however refunds and reimbursements will be sent to the Carrier, and  
  • Agreement to Pay forms must be signed by the Carrier with the correct billing address.
  • Should the Carrier change during the permit processing, a new Agreement to Pay form must be submitted.
