Conversion of Fixed Fees to a Deposit: Should a fixed fee case have unique characteristics or raise complex issues which would make the case much more expensive to process, the P&D Director or designee may require the case be converted to full cost recovery. Any unused portion of the fixed fee will be credited to the project account.  

Notice: To legalize a zoning violation, applicants must pay permit fees plus a penalty fee equal to all permit fees up to $2000.
