Planner Consultations are available
to help you answer permitting questions,
get design recommendations, help
you determine which permit to apply
for, or answer any of your general
questions.
To setup a Planner Consultation
you need to submit to the zoning
counter, either in person or by mail,
the following items:
- Consultation application form
- Agreement to Pay form
- Fee/deposit $249
* The fee of $249 covers 1.5 hrs
of time with a planner. Should you
require more time, this fee will
be converted to a deposit and you
will be billed based on the hourly
rate.
* Please include the site identification
number on your application form that
your carrier uses to identify the
site/project.
