Ellwood Pipeline Inc. (Venoco) Line 96 Modification Project
What's New
The Santa Barbara Planning Commission approved the project on Wednesday August 3, 2011. Construction of the pipeline was completed in January 2012 with operation scheduled to start in February, 2012. The last barge trip from the EMT is expected to be completed by March 2012.
