What's New

The County of Santa Barbara, the Lead CEQA Agency, released the Notice of Preparation (NOP) and expanded project description on September 24, 2009. The County held a Public Scoping Meeting on October 14, 2009; a Power Point Presentation from the Public Scoping Meeting is available.
