Equal Employment Opportunity Office Functions

To improve the County’s methods for incorporating diversity into its general practices and celebrating the diversity of its workforce, the EEO staff worked jointly with the Board of Supervisors in creating the County’s Cultural Recognition Program which recognizes cultural holidays, events and associated community organizations which have kept a pulse on diversity issues.
