Beginning on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 the Board of Supervisors will resume meeting at the Joseph Centeno Betteravia Government Building in Santa Maria as indicated in the 2013 Board of Supervisors Schedule. Also, beginning on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 remote video testimony from Santa Maria to Santa Barbara for the meetings of the Board will once again be located in the Joseph Centeno Betteravia Government Building at 511 E. For the seventh consecutive year, the value of Santa Barbara County’s agricultural products grown during the past year surpassed the $1 billion mark, according to Agricultural Commissioner Cathy Fisher. The figures were released today by the Santa Barbara County Agricultural Commissioner’s Office as part of the 2012 Agricultural Production Report.
