Appointments are STRONGLY encouraged!
Walk-ins without an appointment will be directed to our Call Center Staff
via our lobby telephone.
How to obtain information on your case:
Access the DCSS Self Service Website at:
http://www.childsup.ca.gov
Access the Interactive Voice Response System (IVR)
at 1-866-901-3212 to obtain basic information 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. With the IVR you can use your social security number along with your participant ID number to access account/payment information and listen to informational messages.
You can contact our Call Center
between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, excluding Holidays. If you must speak to a Department of Child Support Services representative call 1-866-901-3212 and follow the prompts to connect with our
Call Center Staff.
