On June 13, 2003 Suspect Gricelda Lopez
unexpected sold her trailer home and left the area with
her boyfriend Fernando Perez, taking her son, Rodrigo
with her. Both Lopez and Rios are entered into MUPS.
There is a Felony warrant for 278.5 PC for Lopez. Note
Perez is a narcotics registrant and Santa Barbara Probation
is preparing a warrant for violation of probation. Suspect
believed to be in the San Diego area, unknown vehicle

be living in Spain but are still wanted by our jurisdiction.
