Description: This is the California Secretary of State’s web site. To access corporate records, click on "Business Service Center," and when the new menu appears, use "Corporations On Line." If the corporation is registered with the Secretary of State, you will get a search result. Click on the name of the corporation after the search result appears, and the screen will show the name and address for the corporation and for the agent for service of process.
