Your Participation is Vital

The goal of the Downtown Santa Barbara Employee Child Care Survey is to determine how child care related issues impact the work place for employees like you in the downtown area.

All employees of participating employers are requested to take time to fill out the survey whether or not they have children. ALL RESPONSES WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL. The responses of all employees are important to the overall success of the survey—the higher the response rate, the more valuable the results will be. It is estimated that the online survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Printed Spanish versions are available upon request.

Focus Groups

Parent employee focus groups will be conducted in English and Spanish to obtain a more in-depth perspective on workforce child care issues. All employees who are parents of children ages birth through age12 are invited to participate. Space is limited. Please register by May 30th to secure your participation.

Sign up for a focus group today!  Please include ALL of the following information within the body of the email:

1. The focus group number that matches your child(ren)’s age and the language you speak.
2. The date and time of the focus group.
3. Your full name.
4. Your phone number.
