Jesusita Fire
On May 5th, at approximately 1:45 p.m. a fire began in the Cathedral Peak area.
The fire response was administered by a Unified Command consisting of the Santa Barbara Fire Department, Santa Barbara County Fire Department, Montecito Fire, and the US Forest Service.

THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDERS OR EVACUATION WARNINGS IN EFFECT.
Definitions
An Evacuation Order means that residents are being directed to leave their homes immediately.
An evacuation warning means that residents should be prepared to leave immediately if their area is upgraded to an Order.
