Q. How do I get a video copy of a past
Board of Supervisors Or Planning Commission Meeting?
A. Simply call us at 568-3420 or 568-3427 and request that a
DVD duplicaltion be made for you. Be sure to know the agency's
name and the date the meeting took place as well as the particular
item. An online form is also available
on this site. The cost to get a DVD duplicated is $16.00. It
takes a few days for your order to be processed. Please make checks
out to Santa Barbara County.
Q. Where do I pick up my DVD once it is
ready and how will I know it is ready?
A.
We will call you as soon as your DVD is ready for pickup. You
can pick it up at the Clerk of the Board office Monday thru Friday
8am-5pm. Please pay by check, cash or money order. Make checks
out to Santa Barbara County. The Clerk of the Board's office is
located at 105 East Anapamu Street 4th floor, Suite 407, Santa
Barbara.
Q. Can you mail my DVD to me?
A. Yes, we can mail your DVD to you for an additional fee of
$2.50. Just be sure to tell us you would like your DVD mailed
to you ahead of time and include your address. Send a check to
CSBTV 20, 105 East Anapamu Street, Suite 401, Santa Barbara, CA.
93101, as we cannot mail out your DVD until we receive your payment.
The total for one DVD mailed to you is $18.50.
Q. When do the Board of Supervisors and
Planning Commission Meetings replay?
A.
The Board of Supervisors are broadcast live on CSBTV 20 starting
at 9:00 am on Tuesdays and replayed the following Thursday at
5:00 pm. The Planning Commission Meetings are broadcast live on
CSBTV 20 on Wednesdays at 9:00 am and are replayed the following
Friday at 5:00pm
