Pest Control Businesses - License Registration
All agricultural pest control businesses, structural pest control businesses, pest control advisers, aircraft pilots and farm labor contractors must annually register either in-person or via mail with our office. Check our fee schedule for registration fee amounts.
Agricultural Pest Control Business - The Qualified licensee responsible for supervising pest control activities of the business must bring or send in the following information with the
registration fee:
- registration form
- a copy of their current Qualified Applicator License
- a copy of current PCB License, and
- a current list of all pest control equipment to be used in the county

Maintenance Gardener Business - The Qualified Applicator (QAL/QAC) responsible for supervising pest control activities of the business must bring or send in the following information with the registration fee:
- registration form
- a copy of their current Qualified Applicator License or Certificate
- a copy of current MGB License, and
- a current list of all pest control equipment to be used in the county
Pest Control Adviser - Pest Control Advisers must bring or send a signed
registration form, a copy of their current PCA license and the registration
fee.
Pest Control Pilot - Pest Control Pilots must bring or send a signed
registration form, a copy of their current Apprentice or Journeyman Certificate and the registration
fee.

Farm Labor Contractor - Farm Labor Contractors must read and complete the registration form (
English /
Spanish), provide a copy of their current license and pay the registration
fee.

Branch I Structural Pest Control Business - The Qualifying Manager and Branch Supervisor responsible for each location must bring or send in a signed
registration form, and the registration
fee. One fee covers the business and all persons (operators, field representatives and qualifying managers) identified on the
Branch I Operator and Field Representative form.

Branch II & III Structural Pest Control Business - The Qualifying Manager and Branch Supervisor responsible for each location must bring or send in a signed Branch II & III
registration form and the registration
fee. Companies that are both Branch II and Branch III can register the business as one entity, and the one fee covers both branches.
