Final Environmental Impact Report
The County prepared the Isla Vista Master Plan (IVMP) to guide development in
the unincorporated community of Isla Vista. This environmental impact report
(EIR) discusses the potential environmental consequences associated with the
implementation of the IVMP in Isla Vista.
