Dudley announced today that Angelo Gabriel Naemi was arrested on five counts of Grand Theft by False pretenses in violation of Penal Code Section 532(a), and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Grand Theft in violation of Penal Code Section 182(a)(1). The criminal complaint alleges losses of over $500,000 to victims.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies arrested five people yesterday, December 13, 2016, who were associated with a vehicle that was discovered packed with thousands of dollars' worth of stolen property. The majority of the stolen items included brand-new, name-brand merchandise with tags and in some cases sensors still attached.
